Hours and response times

Text support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Central Time. We usually reply within 1 to 2 hours during business hours.

Messages sent near the end of the day may be answered the next business day. Messages sent Friday after hours are answered on Monday.
